When you purchase FluxCut Pro, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the plan you purchased. Free features may be used without payment, subject to these terms.
2. Payments and Activation
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You are responsible for accurate purchase details. Paid features may require a valid activation key or license status.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute FluxCut unless explicitly permitted.
- You may not bypass licensing, activation, or feature restrictions.
- You may not use the service for unlawful or infringing content processing.
4. Updates and Availability
FluxCut may receive updates, fixes, or feature changes over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, activation API, or update services.
5. Intellectual Property
FluxCut Studio, its branding, website content, and software are owned by FluxCut or its licensors, except for third-party or open-source components governed by their own licenses.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
FluxCut is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
