Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when FluxCut Studio may provide refunds for paid purchases.

1. General Policy

Because FluxCut Studio is downloadable software with immediate access to activation and paid features, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Requests

• Duplicate purchases
• Accidental purchases reported promptly
• Technical failures that prevent activation or core use and cannot be reasonably resolved

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after successful activation and use
• Failure to review product requirements before purchase
• Unsupported environments or third-party conflicts outside our control

4. Timeframe

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are more likely to be considered, subject to payment-provider rules and evidence of the issue.
